| Job Description |
You will work closely with the Head Chef on training and supervision of a small kitchen team, ordering, stock control, HACCP, quality control and menu planning.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SOUS CHEF
-The Sous Chef must have a strong background in high quality a la carte restaurants (AA rosette/s) along with a track record in 4* or 5* deluxe Hotels. -Extensive knowledge using British produce, classical cooking techniques and refined presentation. -Have a stable CV and show commitment to previous employers -Previous experience managing a kitchen team, on the job training, motivation and maintaining overall productivity . -The successful Sous Chef will join a reputable well established Club with further benefits and excellent working conditions
