My first head chef position came through Nina herself believing it was the right move for me, since becoming an executive chef I now use Nina for all my recruiting needs including senior chefs and specialised cooks, working in a range of culinary delights including Vietnamese, Japanese and now Thai and Malaysian. My kitchens can be quite intimidating for staff working in this environment, so Nina sorts out the boys from the chefs for me.
